Blue Dahlia by Vivian Winslow-Blog Tour, Q & A & Giveaway

Blue Dahlia
Vivian Winslow
Genre: Erotic Romance
Release Date: October 16, 2014

Purchase: Amazon US

Blue Dahlia is the first book in the second trilogy of Vivian Winslow's Gilded Flower series, featuring Lily Baron's free-spirited twin sister, Dahlia.

New York socialite Dahlia Baron is falling for her Latin lover, Rodrigo Cruz, the scion of the Mama Linda Latin foods empire, and hopes to take the relationship to the next level. But there's is a dark secret that she must deal with first in order to truly give her heart to him. When Dahlia visits the man from her past, will the undercurrents of her emotions let her go to Rodrigo or will they pull her back to the one person who stands between them?

Mature readers only. 18+

Dahlia leads Rodrigo up a wide flight of stairs and through a small photography exhibition with a sleepy guard standing by the entryway. They cross the empty room to an unmarked door. She produces a key card and swipes it.

“How?” Rodrigo begins to ask.

She replies with a wink and closes the door behind them. “This is where they keep the pieces waiting to be sent to the storage facility,” Dahlia whispers as they walk past rows of cloth covered paintings and wooden crates. As they reach the end of the corridor, Dahlia pulls Rodrigo into the last row.

Without hesitating, he draws her mouth to his, their kiss all-consuming. His hot tongue finds hers and takes the kiss so deep it sends electricity through her body. He always knows what she needs in the moment. Today, she wants all of him. She needs his reassurance.

He cups her face with his hands and gently tugs on her lower lip with his teeth. The desire in his eyes leaves her core throbbing for him. She moans as she feels his generous erection press up against her.

Rodrigo’s hand moves under her skirt, grabbing and kneading her ass before hitching her leg around his waist. Without missing a beat, she leans back against the wall to allow him better access to her snatch.

He smiles seductively, licking his bottom lip as his hand goes exploring, palming her clit. He presses his lips hard against hers, and she relishes in the heady feeling his kisses give her. Her hips begin to move to the rhythm of his fingers, as he glides them in and out of her wet, hot love tunnel.

Dahlia gasps as he begins to move faster. “I want you inside me,” she whispers, her breathing strained by the excitement of the moment. She can’t get enough of him. “Love me now.”

Dahlia playfully bites and licks his neck as she runs her hands through his thick dark hair. “I can’t imagine being anywhere else, baby.”

Rodrigo brusquely lifts her by her ass, and she wraps her legs around him. He moans as he sinks his hard cock into her.

He moves slowly at first, enjoying the tightness of her cunt. Dahlia closes her eyes as he plunges deeper into her core. She likes that he takes it slow with her, his fullness becoming all that she can feel, overwhelming her senses.

Q & A
1. If you were a dessert, what would you be?

Oooh. Definitely something salty and sweet. There’s a dessert at Big Gay Ice Cream down on the Lower East Side called the Salty Pimp. It’s a soft serve vanilla cone with drops of Dulce de Leche and covered in chocolate. I love anything you eat with your tongue.

2. What 3 things are essential in your bedroom for a sexy/romantic night in?

Music is a must.  I change it up quite a bit depending on my mood. Also, the right man (I’m married so that’s a given : )). And, depending on our mood, a toy, prop or just us. Sorry, that’s 2-2 ½ things. Oh, I guess sleeping children. There’s nothing romantic going on when they’re awake.

3. What do you like about writing erotic romance?

I like that I can take my characters to the edge of and beyond their limits.  I also get to define what those limits are. The beauty of digital publishing is that there are no set parameters for a particular genre. So it’s been a lot of fun incorporating various elements from other genres (women’s fiction, suspense, etc.) and creating really hot sex scenes to go with them. It’s pure freedom, which for a writer is extremely difficult to find and balance.

4. If you could sleep with any of your characters who would it be?

Ahem. No disrespect to the hot man in my life or to those I write about. I’ve had sex with them all (in my head, except for my husband), and the one I think I’d come back to time and again is Alejandro. He’s a true alpha. Not overly dominating in the way that readers have come to expect because of books like 50 Shades. Rather, he’s confident and secure in his masculinity and is completely self-possessed. To me, that’s what makes a true alpha male. They’re not necessarily assholes or dominants. I think those qualities can often confuse what makes a man a sexy alpha versus a crazy, stalker with low self-esteem masked as an alpha. Oh, and it doesn’t hurt that when I picture him, I see William Levy. So hot.

And confession. Gustavo is a close second. Just once though. I’d have to get it out of my system. Lol.

5. Spanking, yes or no.

Abso-fuckin’lutely. Caveat. Can’t be overdone or done every time. Then it’s just abuse, which is so not hot.

6. Do you like to be tied up. If so, why and with what?

Same answer as above. I have an adventurous spirit, and I’m usually game for anything. Whatever is around can work, like a t-shirt. I’m usually a fly-by-the seat-of- her-pants kind of person so sometimes you have to just work with what you have.

7. What do you for inspiration for your love scenes?

Personal experiences aside, I have quite an imagination. : ) I’ve been writing love scenes since I was a young girl. If I’m feeling a need for a kick-start, I’ll listen to sexy music, which varies depending on the scene, if it’s animalistic or sensual.  I might also read a scene from a sexy book. It doesn’t hurt to look at some hot guys on the Internet. But that’s a last resort. It’s important to connect with the character and figure out what kind of lover he is, for example, rough, gentle, confident, or dominating, and then go from there. While the books are centered on the female characters, their sexual experiences are defined just as much by the men they are with as it is by them. It’s a mutual scene, so it does take two to make it work.

8. Which character has surprised you the most and why?

Gustavo, without a doubt. He’s played so many roles in my mind throughout The Gilded Flower series. I never conceived him to be a villain. Originally, I wanted him to be an open and intense lover for Lily, one who would challenge her and force her to grow and face her fears. As the series progressed, he kept appearing, and thus his role had to change. I secretly hoped he would be her HEA until mid-way through Calla Lily when I realized that wasn’t going to happen. So then he needed to assume a new role. As the series continues, his story deepens and becomes more nefarious. I love it, and I appreciate how his character is so malleable like that. Makes him even more appealing. Amoral characters don’t lose their sex appeal (most of the time).

A close second is Dahlia. I expected a lot out of her, but now that I’ve written the end of her Trilogy, I just want to hug her for how far her character has come.

Vivian Winslow was born and raised in Southern California. Before becoming a writer, she made a career out of moving around the world every couple of years thanks to her husband’s job. She currently lives in New York City with her husband and two elementary school age children, and is grateful to finally have a place to call home for more than two years. New York is the perfect city to indulge her love of shopping, the arts and especially food.

If she’s not at home writing or running around the city with her kids, you’ll most likely find her indulging in pizza on the Lower East Side or having a cocktail at her favorite bar in Alphabet City. That said, she’s still a California girl at heart and would gladly trade in her heels for a pair of flip-flops to catch a sunset on the beach. .

My phone rings, it’s not even seven in the morning. Nathan. Ugh, what does he want? It’s too early to argue. “Hello?”

“Get Dillan ready, I’ll be there in two hours.” And the line goes dead.

Are you fucking kidding me? No. Dillan had me up half of the night. I’m sleeping and I’m going to remain this way until he wakes me up again. Screw you and your orders.

Besides, my eyes won’t stay open long enough for me to get out of bed.

I let out a startled choke when the blanket is pulled from my body, disturbing me from my pleasant dreams that I no longer remember. “What the hell?” I blink away my blurred vision and glare at a scowling Nathan. He’s looming over me in a way that tells me he probably wants to throttle me right now. “I could have been naked.” I practically am in only a top and knickers.

“I called you two hours ago, only to find you still sleeping?” He scoffs and walks over to the cot where Dillan is now awake and crying, probably from my sudden screech of fear.

“I don’t remember a call,” I lie and sit up, my hands immediately begin rubbing my eyes. Wait… “How did you get in?”

“I knocked, your mum answered.”

“Oh. It’s nine in the morning, why are you wearing a suit?” Not that he doesn’t look good. He really does.

“Could you get up and pack his things? I’ll bring him back on Monday.”

“I never agreed to the length of time or you even picking him up. Not to mention the fact I don’t have a number to contact you. Which makes me feel very uneasy.” I stand, not feeling modest in the slightest. “I’m going to have a shower.”

“I have places I need to be,” he snaps and my anger at his tone peaks, “Then you shouldn’t be taking Dillan!”

“I’ll get him ready myself.”

“You do that,” I say around a yawn and pull open the door. “I’ll be about fifteen minutes. I want to say goodbye before he leaves.”

His jaw clenches but he remains silent, which I’m eternally grateful for.

I take my time showering, just to be awkward. I also take my time getting dressed and drying my hair, again… just to be awkward.

“Today would be nice, Guinevere!” Nathan calls up the stairs, making me snigger. Why am I pushing him?

After making him wait another ten minutes, I finally make my way downstairs. He’s sitting on the couch with Dillan on his chest, looking casual and content. Well, as casual as one can look in an expensive suit. “Sorry it took me so long.” No I’m not. Not in the slightest.

Nathan lifts Dillan up and over his face, making him smile and gurgle. “She’s not is she? Not at all. She’s silently laughing at me.” His voice is high and happy, I love it when he speaks to Dillan like this. “Mummy is mean, yes she is.” Uh-oh.

“Puke face,” I say with a wince but it’s too late.

I'm 23 and I’ve been writing since I could hold a pen in my hand! I love to write, it’s my passion, and I never stop. In fact I love to write so much I have started over one hundred and fifty different books before finally completing my first ever novel 'A Little Bit of Crazy' which I published in May 2013 on Amazon for Kindle. I was grateful when I received feedback as it helps me be a better writer.

When I'm not writing, I love spending time with my family and when I get some spare time (not easy with young children!) it’s either reading or listening to music. You won’t find me without a book or my Kindle in my hand. I read whilst I’m cooking, cleaning, talking, walking… you could say reading is my other passion!

Q&A with A.E. Murphy

Q:  Do you have any strange writing habits (like standing on your head or writing in the shower)?

A:  I once wrote across my partner’s chest. I was taking notes when he snatched my notebook and threw it across the room, all I had was a pen. It was either his chest or his face. I needed to get down what was in my head before I forgot. Other than that I’m pretty normal.

Q:  What song would be the theme to your life?

A:  Oooh, I genuinely have no idea, but it would have to be really cool and dramatic so that when I walk into a room everybody sees me do it in slow motion. I’d remove my sun glasses and flip my hair over my shoulder before giving a chin dip to a passing stranger.

Q:  If you were a superhero, what would your name be and what super power would you have?

A:  My super power would be to absorb books. Definitely. Then whatever books I absorbed, I’d be able to bring the characters to life and I’d absorb the powers of my choice from said books too. That would be amazing. I’d call myself, Paige Turner and my superhero name would be, Liber Libri. This means book in Latin. Everything sounds better in Latin. I’m totally copyrighting this idea right now! (Inspiration comes from the weirdest places).

Q:  If you were a book heroine, who would you be?

A:  Paige Turner aka Liber Libri, I haven’t written this yet but when I do, I so want to be her.

Q:  Tell us about Nathan.

A:  Nathan is a complex man who was raised by his grandfather. Due to a bad upbringing and negligent parents, he’s got a few quirks that set him apart from most men. I think he’s just desperate to love and be loved. Desperate to accept and be accepted. Desperate to find normal and be normal. I think this is pretty much what everybody wants, but with Nathan, because he’s not had any of that, it’s harder for him to find and harder for him to deal with when he does find it. Therefore no matter how frustrating he can get, just remember he’s dealing. Or trying to at least.

I was honored to have a review copy for an honest review! Another awesome job by Chelle Bliss! I love the strong characters in this book!

In that training, he fights & ends up in the ER! There walks in Mia, the ER doctor, to see about him! The electricity is apparent to the both of them! Micheal tries hard to win over Mia. She finally gives in! The book twists & turns through each of their past & present obstacles! Micheal's promiscuous past comes back in a big way to try to sabotage him & Mia! Can their love withstand the wrath of Tammy, Mikey's ex-fling? Can Mia look past Mikey's past? Mia has dreams & goals that she never imagined would ever happened!! Can Will pull it off to prove to Mia that she deserves the world & can achieve whatever she wants?!!

Amazing book! I was so caught up with the story & characters, that I couldn't put it down! Also, it was nice to read about Joseph aka City, Suzy & the other Gallo family members! I can't wait for Izzy's story next!

Character QA with Through the Booking Glass
Q&A with Michael

HI Micheal! I’m Jenny with Through the Booking Glass! Tell me a little about yourself.

People look at me and think fighter, but the truth is I’m more of a lover. I’ll beat a man if I have to, but I rather spend time with my girl. I’m kind until pushed.

Aww! Sweet! What is your idea of perfect happiness?

A loving family and amazing woman-I’ve found my perfect happiness.

What is your most treasured possession?

My business, Inked and everything it represents.

Awesome! What is the trait you most like in yourself?

My cock ;)

Ha! No doubt! J What do you most value in your friends?

Loyalty. It’s the most important thing you can have in any relationship. If someone isn’t going to be loyal, I don’t have time for their bullshit.

Very true! If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?

Why would I change anything? Changing one thing would throw off the entire path of my life and it’s been damn near perfect.

Exactly! I always say that a person’s path makes them the awesome person they are! Are you going to continue fighting or can we say you have "retired"?

Currently I’m retired. My life is too full and filled with joy to spend my time away fighting. I’d have to give up too much time with Mia and right now I’m not willing to sacrifice a moment with her.

My final question is one I just love!  What is your motto or words that you live by?

I definitely prefer being a lover than a fighter. – Billy Joel

Thank you Micheal for taking the time away from Inked & Mia to talk to me!! I can’t wait to see what your future holds & the rest of the Gallo family! Give Mia a big hug from me!

 Xoxoxo Jen

Hook Me - Excerpt

His hand rested against my back, pulling me closer, and I became lost in his kiss. The feel of his rough thumb pad as he stroked my face made my body feel on fire. The sound of the rain beating against the truck, the thunder rumbling outside, and our breath frantic and quick, filled the cab.

I climbed in his lap as he gripped my ass and pulled my bottom to him. I could feel his hardness against me and I ached to feel him inside.

I couldn’t deny myself any longer.

“Take me home, Michael. Stay with me tonight.” I didn’t even have to think about it.

I wanted him.

The light touches, commanding kisses, and the feel of his hardness had me wanting more, needing it.

“Mia, I don’t know if that’s a good idea,” he whispered against my lips.

“I want to feel your skin against me. Remind me what it feels like to be loved, Michael. Show me the beauty and make me forget.” I held myself up and stared in his eyes. “Please,” I begged.

His fingers swept against my cheek and I leaned into his touch, closing my eyes. “I’ll do anything you ask,” he said.

5 Hot Stars
First I'd like to thank Chelle Bliss for the opportunity to read this book for an honest review! Well to be honest, I thought it was fabulous!! I was hooked in the 1st page! Trust me, this don't happen very often! I didn't want to put it down!

I'll try to go through it without giving away too many spoilers! We have Suzette aka Suzy or Sugar. Suzy is smart, beautiful & very naive. She has a likable spirit but is a little OCD when it comes to her life. She has her "list" of what her man should consists of. Very vanilla sex life, also. She breaks down one night & Joseph aka Joey or City, stops on his Harley to her rescue. They have an instant connection which scares them both because frankly they don't do relationships. City DOES NOT fit her list but would be good for some hot fun. However, she caved & agreed to go on a date. City is smart, sexy tattoo artist bad boy but inside he's amazing!! His sex life is very flavorful!! Def one of my fav book boyfriends!

With time, they hang out a lot & City works on getting Suzy to be a "bad girl" & not so naive. Practice makes perfect, right?!! Lol the sex & love making is smoking hot! It's not your typical bad boy love story but better! There were twists & turns! I was drooling over City, envious over their relationship, scared to death at times, emotional & really pissed off at times! I could've slapped Suzy when she would try to come up with every excuse not to be with him!! I'm screaming at her " OMG U IDIOT!! YOU ARE GOING TO LOSE A GREAT GUY"! Loved her BFF, Sofia! Perfect potty mouth bad girl to keep Suzy straight!

Something tragic happens that leaves you speechless & heart broken! Can City fix this? Will it bring them closer together? I loved the end but I wanted MORE!! I can't wait for more from the Gallo family!

Rhonda Dennis Author Spotlight

What do Magnolia, Jace, Honey, String Bean, Emily, The Blue Claw, Holden & Jackson have in common? They are all from the books of this weeks author spotlight with Rhonda Dennis.

Rhonda is the author of the popular Green Bayou Novels and the hilarious Magnolia Blossoms.

Rhonda Dennis' first career was in EMS, but later in life, she attended college as a non-traditional student. After graduating, she felt compelled to write a short story. The words flowed, and the manuscript for "Going Home: A Green Bayou Novel Book One" was drafted. Rhonda has since published six novels and three short stories in The Green Bayou series, and has released a romantic comedy called "Magnolia Blossoms." Rhonda, who resides in South Louisiana, was a nominee in multiple categories for the 2013 Indie Romance Convention Readers' Choice Awards, and is also a Nook and Amazon Best Selling Author.

5 FUN FACTS ABOUT RHONDA DENNIS:

1.  My taste in movies, music, and television shows is so eclectic it's pathetic.  Although, a good slapstick comedy will win a movie battle every single time.
2.  I might have a Scentsy/Yankee Candle addiction, as well as Bath and Body Works products.  Maybe it's just a smell-good obsession.  Who knows?
3.  In addition to my Bachelor's Degree, I hold three minors: Humanities, History, and Government, and was one class shy of an English minor.
4.  I'm a pretty darned good shot.  Like really, really good.
5.  I'll eat the heck out of most seafood, but I'm not a fan of fish.  My fish can't taste fishy.  Does that make sense?

MAGNOLIA BLOSSOMS
SYNOPSIS:
Life isn't easy--especially when you're the reclusive daughter of a melodramatic attorney openly mocked for his commercials, and a free-spirited mother who gives art lessons in the nude. Their over the top personalities make it easy for the sheltered and introverted Magnolia Berrybush to swim in a sea of anonymity--until the day she finally snaps.

Desperate to break free from a clandestine world above her parents' garage, she devises a plan to make her mark--serial killing! Unfortunately, she discovers that her heart and stomach aren’t ready to handle the life of a cold-blooded murderer, so she’s forced to move on to Plan B.

During her ill-fated attempt at achieving infamy, Magnolia meets Honey LeReaux, a hooker who is well past her prime. Ironically, Magnolia begins to blossom as she plunges head first into a seedy world, but realizes that smutty books and adult films have done little to prepare her for the real world.

Will Magnolia ever break free, or is she destined to live her life hiding in the shadows of her secret world?

REVIEW BY JENNY:
5 hilarious stars
Rhonda has been on my top fav author list since the 1st words I've read of hers, but this book has put her over the edge. I loved it for so many reasons!
It starts with Magnolia Berrybush, who is an extremely awkward, clumsy, sheltered introvert. I've seen & heard awkward & sheltered but damn! This girl is a mess!! After a lot of really funny yet unfortunate mishaps, Maggie realizes that she's tired of this life & wants to be known in the world! So she does what any 32 yr old would do. She decides to be a serial killer!! Ha! After she realizes that's not her calling, Maggie goes on a mission to find her place in this big world!! She befriends a hooker, who becomes her 1st friend & teaches her very important & helpful life lessons! It was awesome watching her blossom from the scared, helpless, awkward shell of a girl to a strong, funny, confident, beautiful woman! Can Maggie survive the real world? Will failure drive her back into the world of a hermit? Will she find true love & ever experience the firsts that's she only dreams about?? Will Nick or Jace be that "one"?
This book is a must read! Very few books make me laugh out loud, but this one did a lot! There were so many funny, happy & OMG moments! But there were also some special, tender moments that made me go "awwwww"! Thank you my friend for once again delivering an amazing novel!!

REVIEW BY TINA:
5 awesome stars
I have to start off by saying this is the first time I've read a romantic comedy. I have NEVER laughed so much from reading a book! There were a few parts I laughed so hard I started crying & a few parts that just made me cry from the overwhelming love & support for Jace as he said goodbye to his brother! Magnolia was such a klutz I don't know how she survived in the book. But thanks to Nick being the ruthless person he was Magnolia found her true love! I have to say Jace turned out to be the better choice! I will forever remember all the characters in this book. I have yet to read a book more than once but I would definitely read this one again! Rhonda you have done it again!

 JEN'S INTERVIEW WITH RHONDA DENNIS:

Jen: Good morning Rhonda. Tell me a little about yourself. What makes you, you?
Rhonda: Oh, the layers of Rhonda! I'm incredibly shy, until I get to know you. Then I'm a total clown. I'm loyal to my friends. I'm very passionate, and I love with all my heart: family, friends, projects, etc. Unfortunately, it sometimes leads to heartache, but it's a risk I'm willing to repeatedly take.

Jen: That's the best way to be. I'm the same way! You incorporate the culture of living in the south, specifically south Louisiana, in your books. Why is this important?
Rhonda: I'm so full of Louisiana pride! Our area is so rich with history and culture, and I think it would be a travesty not to include some of it in my writings.

Jen: I agree. Louisiana culture is the best. Laying in my bed is my fav place to read. What's your fav place to write?
Rhonda: Ironically, kicked back in my bed is my favorite place to type. It's nice and comfy, quiet, and I can get lost in my fantasy world. Other than that, I have an office that I write in, too.

Jen: Hey, whatever gets those creative juices flowing! Right?? The Green Bayou Novel's (GBN) are my favorite series. Are you done with that series? Or can we expect a spin off?
Rhonda: Thank you!!! I said I was done with the series, but the characters still talk to me every now and then. I wouldn't rule out the possibility of revisiting Green Bayou sometime in the future.

Jen: Awesome!! I miss my Green Bayou family! LOL! Magnolia Blossoms is your newest novel. It's way different than GBN's. What lead you in this other direction to write a romantic comedy?
Rhonda: Oh yeah! It's very different than GBN. I've been wanting to write Magnolia's story since before "Deceived," however, I wouldn't start on it until I finished the Green Bayou books. Plus, when I'd try to describe my novel concept to others, I would always get the blank stare/fake smile combo, so I was scared people wouldn't get my sense of humor. Luckily, I just sucked at telling my vision to others. The book has been getting excellent reviews!

Jen: I have to agree! Magnolia Blossoms is awesome! Definately 5 stars! We all have our favorite characters. Who's your fav character to write?
Rhonda: So far, Magnolia and Honey! Oh, and Dan Wan. LOVED writing his part!

INTERVIEW:

Jen here! I sat down with our spotlight Author Chelle Bliss for a little interview! Hope you enjoy it as much as I just adore her!

Jen: Good afternoon Hun! Tell me a little about yourself and your family.

Chelle: Where do I begin? I work in the education field and many of the people I work with know I write 'romance' books - I leave out the erotic bits. I've been divorced twice and am happily i...n a committed relationship. I don't have any children of my own, but his 14 year old daughter lives with us. I have two kittens, Peanut and Nola, and I spoil them rotten. I currently live in Florida and moved here about 6 years ago. Only my parents migrated with me and the rest of my family resides in Ohio.

Jen: Awesome!
What do you do outside of writing? Do you have any hobbies or things you do for fun?

Chelle: I read a lot and hang out with my guy. I work full-time and write in the evenings and weekends so there isn't much time to do anything else. I go to the beach when I can and hang out by the pool. but you'll usually find me doing something book related.

Jen: Books, pool & beach sounds perfect!! Lol
What inspired you to start writing?

Chelle: Insanity. I went into it so blind. I thought I'd throw some words on paper and see if anyone wanted to read it. I had been told that it's more work than people are led to believe and I was like "eh, I can do it." Wow. It was an eye opener. Writing a book is like standing naked on a stage and asking everyone to critique your body. It's the most terrifying experience in my life.

Jen: Hahaha!! Well I think you have done a fantastic job!
Do you have a favorite author or book that helped inspire you?

Chelle: I have many favorite authors - Cj Roberts, Kitty Thomas, Cherise Sinclair, Kele Moon, and so many other fantastic writers out there. They all inspire me to do better and keep working at improving my craft. They bring out such emotion in the readers and I'd love to do the same.

Jen: And I think you do just that!
How did you decide to write erotic romance novels instead of the common contemporary romance novel?

Chelle: I would classify my books as contemporary romance but Amazon and other sites have placed them in the erotic category. Sex isn't the main plot of my story, it's the love affair that's central to my story.

Jen: I agree!
You are about to release your 3rd book, Throttle Me. Has it gotten easier to get the stories in your head out onto paper than when you were 1st writing Untangle Me?

Chelle: I wouldn't say it's easier, but I know what to expect. I know my timelines to complete a book better than I did when I stumbled my way through Untangle Me. My writing has improved and for that I'm thankful. It is easy at times, but sometimes I just stare at the screen and wait for something to come to me or if it doesn't I play Candy Crush.

Jen: lmao!! That damn addicting Candy Crush! But hey, whatever gives your brain the needed break to get us our stories!
Can you tell us about your upcoming release, Throttle Me, and the Men of Inked series?

Chelle: Throttle Me (TM) is book 1 in the Men of Inked Series. TM is the story of City and Suzy and the beginning of their love affair. She's a goodie two shoes school teacher that meet a certain sexy biker, City, who makes her question everything she ever thought was right. City teaches her that you can't judge a book by it's cover.
The Men of Inked series will follow all the Gallo Siblings and will revolve around their tattoo parlor - Inked. There will be 5 books total in the series and that doesn't include the possibility of a novella or two. Book 2 will not revolved around City and Suzy but they will be in there and you'll see where their relationship goes in the future.

Jen: Sounds awesome!
We get attached to characters while we are reading and I always have my favs. Do you have a favorite character in your books?

Chelle: I enjoy writing the men the most. Kayden's book - Kayden: The Past was a blast. He's so complicated and confused. I enjoyed diving inside his mind the most.

Jen: I'm so super excited to read Throttle Me!!
What can we expect in the future with both series?

Chelle: The Men of Inked series will have at least 4 more books - each one about a different Gallo Sibling. I can't wait to bring you their stories.
The Love at Last series will have more books to come - expect a novella next and see what happens to Sophia and Kayden as their love grows and demons come back to haunt them.

Jen: Awesome! I can't wait!
Now the final & most important question. What is your guilty pleasure?

Chelle: Coffee! Does that count? I drink it from the moment I wake up until my head hits the pillow. I consume way too much coffee cream. I can't drink it dark. Give me a good old Community Coffee Dark Roast with Chicory and make it light and sweet and I'm a happy girl.

Thank you Chelle Bliss for this awesome opportunity & interview!
