Mackenzie is trapped in a relationship she believes she deserves. She doesn’t feel strong enough to leave until she crosses paths with Tanner, a member of a huge rock band. Still it’s not enough and she goes back to her boyfriend.
Tanner’s past has never left him, despite trying to lose himself in a different woman every night. With one chance meeting everything he’s been trying to forget comes back and the life he’s been living will never be the same again.
Well, where do I start? I haven’t read the first two books in this series but I didn’t need too to enjoy this story, but I definitely will read them now. If they are anything like this one, this is a series I don’t want to miss. I read this book in a day and couldn’t put it down.
Due to the subject of the story I knew that there would be a certain amount of angst but it never frustrated me. Everything needed to be there to explain the story. It was believable and the author did an amazing job. I loved Tanner and Mackenzie both and together they are an amazing couple. This is a must read!
